Ebay just came out with new listing policy about duplicate auctions. They want you to have "near 100% closing" ratio. If you have duplicate listings without the near 100% closing success then your account gets suspended. What we need is the ability to as soon as a auction has a bid to then automatically list one more. That way we can maintain the 100% rate that ebay wants. Ebay says the only way to list a duplicate auction is when your current auction gets a bid.

One of the purposes of auctions is to give traffic to your FP item which many times is buried on page 20. So this would maximize traffic and sales.

I’m migrating to Magento and M2E after trying to make two very expensive cross market hosting platforms work for me, I have to say M2E is a wonderful product.

It would be really nice if there were more search functionality when adding SKUs to the Listings. I use several attributes to organize my inventory, it would save a great deal of time if I could search these attributes when adding items to eBay Listings. I’m thinking about functionality similar to the Enhanced Product Grid extension for Magento Product Manager which lets you add searchable custom attributes in the product grid. This would be particularly helpful for someone who sells products on eBay in both “New” and “Used” condition because you need separate General Description Templates to list items as new or used on eBay. If you have an attribute for “condition” in Magento you could add appropriate SKUs to the appropriate Listing(that’s tied to the new or used condition template) much more quickly by searching on that attribute. This would be a huge benefit to businesses that deal with secondary market items such as sporting goods, electronics etc.

On ebay we have to use a category to list products that does not allow multi-variations, so when the product is listed in our magento store that has required custom options the ebay order can not be created in magento.

In Magento admin ebay>sales>ebay orders - we can see some orders where the order has not been created in magento... (the reason is because the magento product has required custom options, but in the ebay category we are not allowed to use them) clicking on that order, opens "View Order Details" page. It would be good if we could edit or add custom options to the product at this page.. then use the "Create Order" button.

It would be awesome to be able to have the ability to set an option to have products to be "Stopped and Removed" once product status become Out Of Stock. This option can also be set to allow a Custom Attribute to set the option so it can then be set on a per product bases.

The reason for this is I have products in stock that become Discontinued. Once products become discontinued we set out backorders option to Not Allow Backorders because the product is no longer available from our supplier. What we would like to do is have this listing Stopped and Removed from the listing automatically once the stock qty of the item hits 0. This way when products become discontinued I can then use Magento Data Profiles to update my custom attribute for this setting for discontinued products and everything will happen automatically.

It would be very helpful, if its possible to revise / update the item quantity with the custom qty settings in selling format template.
An example:
- List an item with Quantity "2" on ebay
- after selling one piece there are 1 left ...
- now you have to revise it, otherwise the fixed price listing will be end after the next sold item.
So if there would be the possibility to set the Qty "+1" after selling one piece, there would be always 2 pieces in stock in the same listing.
Very helpful for items wich are always "periodical" in stock

So ebay just came out with a new requirement for returns and RMA. Ebay has a RMA system that you have to manually enter OR you can have your own RMA system and then you have to enter that info into ebay for the return/refund. What we dont want is a bunch of different RMA systems (that can be very confusing). We want a central RMA system that can work on multiple channels (for example website, ebay, Amazon). Magento already has a few different companies that provide RMA systems (we currently use one and it is so nice).

So this is my idea. You use a already built Magento RMA system (or create your own Magento RMA system) and then integrate it with ebay's RMA system so when you create a RMA in Magento or update it then it automatically updates the ebay RMA info without us having to manually log it again on ebay's site. Currently you are working on another one of my ideas which is to make refunds on ebay easier through Magento (thank you that will be awesome). By adding this as well it might make that process easier as on ebay's new RMA system when you select it to refund ebay automatically will do the refund and give you back your fees. By integrating this it might make that project a lot easier as well.

I actually have a phone conference with the ebay guy in charge of Magento/ebay integration as he wants to understand our Magento RMA system a little better and I will push him to work with M2E Pro as well on integrating a RMA system so its automated.

Rather than needing to update each of the “General Templates” individually, if a user wants to update their shipping rules, they could do so by creating a set of “Shipping Rules”, which could then be associated to the the listings.

Same could also apply to “Payment Rules” and “Returns Rules”.

Examples of Benefits:
If I update my Paypal address, I don’t need to update each of the General Templates individually.

If I update my returns policy for items to be returned within 14 days instead of 7 days, I don’t need to update each of the General Templates individually.

If I update my shipping carrier, I don’t need to update each of the General Templates individually.

Hello, I have notice a problem.

Orders which have been canceled by any reason (for example a change of mind of client) on Ebay, have no signed on Ebay Orders (in the app). I mean the order still is shown as a normal order and no sign of transaction cancel is shown. This could be a good idea for letting us know that an order shown there have been canceled.

Also, if a magento order has been created and after that you cancel a transaction on ebay, then the related magento order do not change to CLOSED, CANCELED OR any error.

Also you can cancel orders created on Magento if they are related to an ebay order.

Futhermore, there is no options to mark an order as unpaid (imagine that you have an error and you want to come back to unpaid without using ebay web panel).

These are some ideas as a feedback for you to improve this great app!!!
