Its very important to use different main image for each ebay account or amazon account as it will distinguish our product from other seller and it will also increase a clicks to our store compare to same picture all over the web. Amazon doesnt support text in the main image while eBay supports text or different kind of frame for different ebay accounts. I will request you to kindly add this functionality as it will helps a lot

(This idea is with eBay Australia in mind, though I imagine it would work in other marketplaces of eBay. I realise also that this idea is currently active on integrations with eBay US, and as such it might be an eBay issue more than a M2E issue.) Anyway, I would like to see the ability to force my eBay orders to include the tax amount within the Magento backend. For example, if a customer within Australia buys something for $22.00 from eBay, Magento should reflect on the invoice that the tax amount is 10% (or $2.00) inclusive in the final price, as it would have done if that same customer had purchased the same product from our Magento site. If the customer was international customer, the price would of course still be $22 as he purchased it off eBay, but the Magento backend will show that the final price is $22 including $0 tax.

When a buyer pays with paypal it lists the paypal transaction number as well as the paypal fees. Next to that section on the invoice I suggest another box that lists the ebay insertion fees and under that box a section that lists the ebay final value fees and a total box that adds both two sections up and shows how much your fees were on the marketplace. I also suggest this for m2a when it comes out.

When have several descriptions templates, at the moment to create the listing, is so terrible to find the correct template in a normal DropDown selection. I sugest to Change this simple DropDown for a ComboBox that allow to type any keys to find the template we are looking for. Or perhaps add a filter option. Thanks,

Listing on Amazon is a bit of a nightmare with lots of tools that exist already that work to varying degrees. I would be more than happy to have a magenta extension that simply manages stock, orders and shipping based up the SKU of our items. Amazons system is crazy, when listing items. The first person seller has authority, I have had shoes reject because the first seller put the size as large when I had the UK7 in my hand or a snowboard rejected because the size 157cm when another seller had listed the size as 157.0cm. Only about 10% of our UPC EAN numbers get a match initially only to find the product after manually adding all the information. I would hate to see you not get a great product out because all your development time was taking up trying to create another listing tool (which sounds very difficult given the above)

the idea is can sell 2 items from the inventory, but in the some listing. This is similar to a Grouped or Bundled product, but with fixed item qty and also fixed price. The grouped products and bundled products has his own description and price. This description and fixed price can be used to list the item in ebay. Now the extension can list configurable product, but this is really not a configurable product. It is only 2 diferents products sell toghether and can controll the invenctory. When 1 of the both products go out of stock, then the combined listing end. Perhaps the only think to add is the fixed item qty built into grouped product and fixed price. The extension now has the 'Ignore Variations – allows you to choose how to list Configurable, Bundle, Grouped and Simple Products with Custom Options on eBay: but also say If Configurable, Grouped, Bundle, Simple with Custom options products are listed as Simple products on eBay, the Synchronization processes will not work. That means, that Magento Orders will not be created, so the quantities of such products could not be automatically changed in Magento. Can this be solved perhaps fixing the items qty and item price? It will be so interesting, because some times, can sell 2 or more diferents products toghether at better price in 1 individual listing with own name and description. Thanks for your great job. ;)

We sell mostly handmade / custom items, for which no UPC exists in the Amazon DB. For this purpose, Amazon has allowed us to create our own SKUs in their system. Can you please make sure that your new module will allow for automatic creation of SKU (if needed) when inserting an item into Amazon? Otherwise it will be useless for us, as we can't create 300+ SKUs in Amazon by hand...

The ability to refund ebay orders from Magento. This could be as simple as making the transaction id linkable. Where we click on the link and it takes us to the paypal transaction page where we can refund. Right now to manually do this takes several minutes. Not essential but another step to this would be to integrate into the ebay seller resolution center so when we do process a refund we can also file the case to get our ebay fees back.

More Serach Functionality When Adding SKUs to Listings [updated]

I’m migrating to Magento and M2E after trying to make two very expensive cross market hosting platforms work for me, I have to say M2E is a wonderful product. It would be really nice if there were more search functionality when adding SKUs to the Listings. I use several attributes to organize my inventory, it would save a great deal of time if I could search these attributes when adding items to eBay Listings. I’m thinking about functionality similar to the Enhanced Product Grid extension for Magento Product Manager which lets you add searchable custom attributes in the product grid. This would be particularly helpful for someone who sells products on eBay in both “New” and “Used” condition because you need separate General Description Templates to list items as new or used on eBay. If you have an attribute for “condition” in Magento you could add appropriate SKUs to the appropriate Listing(that’s tied to the new or used condition template) much more quickly by searching on that attribute. This would be a huge benefit to businesses that deal with secondary market items such as sporting goods, electronics etc.

Hello, I have notice a problem. Orders which have been canceled by any reason (for example a change of mind of client) on Ebay, have no signed on Ebay Orders (in the app). I mean the order still is shown as a normal order and no sign of transaction cancel is shown. This could be a good idea for letting us know that an order shown there have been canceled. Also, if a magento order has been created and after that you cancel a transaction on ebay, then the related magento order do not change to CLOSED, CANCELED OR any error. Also you can cancel orders created on Magento if they are related to an ebay order. Futhermore, there is no options to mark an order as unpaid (imagine that you have an error and you want to come back to unpaid without using ebay web panel). These are some ideas as a feedback for you to improve this great app!!!

So for all of us communicating with our ebay customers is critical. There is a great extension called Help Desk Ultimate by Ahead works that is awesome for CRM and answering emails from customers. The problem is that it is based on the fact that when a customer emails you that its based on a real email address from the customer who most likely used that same email address to place the order. However with ebay emails its different. When we get an email from a ebay customer its not their real email address. M2E Pro 3.0 has the ability to search by user id and pull up their real email address and order number. My idea is this. If M2E and Ahead Works could get together and integrate their data that would be awesome. The extension could then be used to easily answer all ebay emails and the data would automatically be pulled in from M2E and make that very simple. Just a thought.

If you have duplicate listings without the near 100% closing success then your account gets suspended. now, the main item image in the description template, only have 3 options: none, product base image, and custom attribute. it is possible to add another option, that allow to customize the link? for example: use one attribute and other expression to create the final linke. This will be so interesting, because can save images in a path, and use an attribute to change the path, and a custom value to select the final file.

On ebay we have to use a category to list products that does not allow multi-variations, so when the product is listed in our magento store that has required custom options the ebay order can not be created in magento. In Magento admin ebay>sales>ebay orders - we can see some orders where the order has not been created in magento... (the reason is because the magento product has required custom options, but in the ebay category we are not allowed to use them) clicking on that order, opens "View Order Details" page. It would be good if we could edit or add custom options to the product at this page.. then use the "Create Order" button.

When a buyer does no pay for an item in ebay it goes to a non paying bidder dispute, when the dispute is complete the item needs to be restocked into inventory and relisted on ebay. M2E...we suggest you add something that communicates with ebay and cancels sales in magento as they are cancelled on ebay, when the sale is cancelled on ebay we need the item and the sale to be cancelled in magento and the inventory restocked so we can relist the item for sale. This is a very very important feature for your product, otherwise we have to do it manually makes using ebay directly better than using m2e. WE THINK THIS IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT AND IM SURE OTHER USERS WILL AS WELL. THANK YOU.

Basically as the title suggests: If it is possible somehow to have M2e be able to upload your own custom 'watermark' on top of your main gallery image when listing, actually separate from the same main item image in that would be in the description, but 'that' would would have no watermark, just the normal plain pic as it is now

Currently m2e does not update ebay with new product images or remove images from an ebay product where there have been changes made to that product from within Magento. The quantity, price and description are updated, but not images.

If a listing is created on eBay and then imported with M2E Pro, M2E Pro can create a new product for the item if it receives a Product Not Found when attempting to create an order. This can lead to duplicate products if it already exists in the Magento store but M2E Pro doesn't know about the product. It would be nice to be able to have the option to map a 3rd party listing to a Magento product so that a new product is not created but simply associated with an already existing Magento product.
